Order Holds

 We are happy to announce combined shipping and delayed payment of shipping will now be an option once again!

 To delay shipping payment please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Add items to your cart
  2. Go to checkout
  3. Add coupon code DELAYED SHIPPING

 When you are ready to have your items shipped (we ask that you do not have your items waiting for more than 5 months, we are limited on storage space.) Please email us at Please include the following info in your email:

  1.  Order #'s
  2. Name on Order
  3. Correct shipping address

 We will then look up shipping on your particular order and send you a link on the website (you can use either PayPal or Credit Card) to pay the correct amount. 

 ***Please note we will not ship or look up the shipping cost until we have been emailed. Please do not waste our time by emailing if you are not ready to pay your shipping. At this time will not be charging a fee for this offer.***

 If you want to know the different shipping cost, please mock fill your cart with the same amount of items you have waiting (for instance 2 meters from a pre-buy) then go to your cart and "Estimate Shipping" this will break the amounts down for you.


Returns Policy

Please contact us immediately with any issues before washing or cutting an item. Please check orders immediately. You have 30 days from the date of shipping to contact us with any issues. 

 Returns are not available. If an item is missing from your order. Please email us with your order #. We will only refund for an item that is missing, not the whole order. No shipping will be refunded for any reason. We offer exchanges on a case by case instance. They are not guaranteed.


We do not cover damage caused in shipping. Priority covers $50 automatically. If you would like an item insured for more than this please request it with your order.

 International Shipping Polices: We are happy to ship worldwide. Please note that once an item leaves the U.S. we have no control over shipping. Custom can and does hold items for various amounts of time. If you have not received your item in a timely manner (more than 12 business days) please contact your local customs or post office. We will not lie about how much items cost. Please do not ask.

If you do not purchase shipping insurance we will not refund for lost packages when shipped.
