 We are happy to annouce combined shipping and delayed payment of shipping will now be an option once again!

 To delay shipping payment please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Add items to your cart
  2. Go to checkout
  3. Add coupon code DELAYED SHIPPING

 When you are ready to have your items shipped (we ask that you do not have your items waitin for more than 5 months, we are limited on storage space.) Please email us at Please include the following info in your email:

  1.  Order #'s
  2. Name on Order
  3. Correct shipping address

 We will then look up shipping on your particular order and send you a link on the website (you can use either PayPal or Credit Card) to pay the correct amount. 

 ***Please note we will not ship or look up the shipping cost until we have been emailed. Please do not waste our time by emailing if you are not ready to pay your shipping. At this time will not be charging a fee for this offer.***

 If you want to know the different shipping cost, please mock fill your cart with the same amount of items you have waiting (for instance 2 meters from a pre-buy) then go to your cart and "Estimate Shipping" this will break the amounts down for you.

Local Pick Up 

For local pick up please use coupon code PICKUP to recieve free shipping. If you choose this option please email us to check for available times to pick up.

 Combining Orders During Pre-Buys

If you order twice and want the order combined (for instance you bought 1 Meter of the same PUL twice and want it a continuous 2 Meter cut) you must email us asap to have this order combined ahead of it being cut. We do not guarantee that this is always possible but we will do our best to combine. It will be much more likley to happen if we are emailed during or shortly after the pre-buy closes. After the pre-buy closes we pull a report of all sold meters and make a spreadsheet with how many cuts in each size of each print to make processing the fabric quick and efficient. If we have not been emailed in a timely manner we won't be able to update this list.

Returns Policy

Please contact us immediately with any issues before washing or cutting an item. Please check orders immediately. You have 30 days from the date of shipping to contact us with any issues. 

 Returns are not available. If an item is missing from your order. Please email us with your order #. We will only refund for an item that is missing, not the whole order. No shipping will be refunded for any reason. We offer exchanges on a case by case instance. They are not guranteed.


We do not cover damage caused in shipping. Priority covers $50 automatically. If you would like an item insured for more than this please request it with your order.

 International Shipping Polices: We are happy to ship worldwide. Please note that once an item leaves the U.S. we have no control over shipping. Custom can and does hold items for various amounts of time. If you have not received your item in a timely manner (more than 12 business days) please contact your local customs or post office. We will not lie about how much items cost. Please do not ask.

If you do not purchase shipping insurance we will not refund for lost packages when shipped.
